What are the ingredients in VapoCept, and what does each one do?

What are the ingredients in VapoCept? The panel lists seven, and every one has an amount: two arginine forms, two citrulline forms, niacin, calcium and beta-alanine. This post gives the full list, adds up the amino-acid lines, and names what the panel does not say.

Quick answer

What are the ingredients in VapoCept? Seven per capsule: L-arginine 200 mg, L-arginine AKG 200 mg, L-citrulline HCl 100 mg, L-citrulline malate 100 mg, niacin 7.5 mg NE, calcium 18 mg and beta-alanine 40 mg. There is no proprietary blend and no listed stimulant. Other ingredients are not published.

Key facts

  • Seven ingredients per capsule, each with a printed amount.
  • No proprietary blend and no stimulant on the panel.
  • Serving size is one capsule; a bottle holds 30 capsules.
  • Niacin is 7.5 mg NE and calcium is 18 mg.
  • Other ingredients and capsule material are not published.
  • No study of the finished product has been published.

What are the ingredients in VapoCept, line by line?

The panel on this site lists seven ingredients. Each one has its own printed amount, and the serving size is one capsule. Here is the full list in one place, with a plain word for what each line is.

Ingredient (per capsule)AmountWhat it is, in plain words
L-Arginine200 mgAn amino acid the body uses to make nitric oxide
L-Arginine AKG (2:1)200 mgArginine bound to alpha-ketoglutarate
L-Citrulline HCl100 mgAn amino acid the body turns into arginine
L-Citrulline Malate100 mgCitrulline paired with malic acid
Niacin (vitamin B3)7.5 mg NEA B-vitamin tied to normal energy metabolism
Calcium (as calcium carbonate)18 mgA mineral the body uses for bones
Beta-Alanine40 mgThe building block the body uses to make carnosine

There is no proprietary blend. No stimulant is listed, and caffeine does not appear on the panel. A bottle holds 30 capsules, and the directions say to take one capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water.

What do the arginine and citrulline lines add up to?

Four of the seven lines are arginine or citrulline forms. Two are arginine: 200 mg plus 200 mg, which is 400 mg of arginine-family entries. Two are citrulline: 100 mg plus 100 mg, which is 200 mg. That is simple arithmetic from the panel, and it is why people call this an amino-acid formula.

The body uses both amino acids to make nitric oxide. Nitric oxide helps blood vessels relax and widen. That is the reason the same lines raise a caution for people who take blood pressure tablets or nitrates. Most of the published research on these amino acids is about circulation and exercise. It is not about memory. For a plain walk through that science, read our guide to L-citrulline and nitric oxide.

Why are niacin, calcium and beta-alanine on the panel?

Niacin is vitamin B3. At 7.5 mg NE it is a small amount, and it is the line that can cause the harmless niacin flush in some people. If you take other niacin products, count them together. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements gives an adult upper limit of 35 mg, and this panel uses a fraction of it.

Calcium at 18 mg is a very small share of what an adult needs in a day. Most product pages leave it out, which is why it surprises readers. It is not there to replace a calcium supplement or a good diet.

Beta-alanine at 40 mg is the amino acid the body uses to build carnosine, which sits mostly in muscle. Studies of it are about exercise. A tingling skin feeling called paresthesia is linked to beta-alanine, but mostly at doses well above 40 mg.

What are the ingredients in VapoCept that the panel does not tell you?

Some facts are simply not published, and we say so instead of guessing. The panel text does not give the other ingredients or the capsule material. So if you avoid gelatin, gluten or dairy, check the bottle you receive, or ask the official store before you order.

The packaging carries seals for vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free. This site treats them as packaging marks. It does not state them as facts, because no other-ingredients line has been published. Your own bottle label is the final word on everything in this post.

  • Other ingredients: not published on this site.
  • Capsule material: not published; check the bottle.
  • Where each ingredient is sourced: not published.
  • Lab test results for the finished capsule: none shown to this site.
  • Any study of VapoCept itself: none has been published.

How do you check the panel against your own bottle?

When the bottle arrives, put it next to this table. Match the seven names and the seven amounts. Check the serving size and the number of capsules. If a line differs, write to support with a photo of the label. The contact page gives the email and the hours.

You can also compare this list with other brain-health formulas. Our guide to nootropic ingredients for memory and focus explains how to read a label for amounts, not just names. And our post on eight checks before you order turns that idea into a short checklist.

Frequently asked questions

How many ingredients does VapoCept list?

Seven. They are L-arginine, L-arginine AKG, L-citrulline HCl, L-citrulline malate, niacin, calcium and beta-alanine, each with a printed amount per capsule.

Is there a proprietary blend in VapoCept?

No. The panel gives a separate amount for every ingredient, so nothing is hidden inside a blend total.

Does VapoCept contain caffeine or another stimulant?

No stimulant is listed on the panel, and caffeine does not appear. That is why there is no quick jolt to tell you it is working.

What are the other ingredients and the capsule material?

They are not published on this site. If you avoid gelatin, gluten or dairy, read the label on the bottle or ask the official store before you order.

How much niacin is in one VapoCept capsule?

7.5 mg NE. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements gives 35 mg as the adult upper limit for niacin from supplements, so count any other niacin you take.

Are the ingredients in VapoCept safe with my medicine?

Ask your doctor or pharmacist. Arginine and citrulline are used to make nitric oxide, which widens blood vessels, so nitrates, erectile-dysfunction drugs and blood pressure tablets need a check first.

Our view

The answer to what are the ingredients in VapoCept is short and checkable: seven lines, seven printed amounts, no blend and no listed stimulant. We like that. A label you can add up is easier to judge than a long list of names with no numbers.

What we cannot tell you is whether the finished capsule does what the bottle says. No study of the product exists, and the research covers single ingredients. Read the amounts, ask your doctor if you take heart or blood pressure medicine, and use the guarantee if it does not suit you. The VapoCept homepage has the full panel and today’s packs.
